80 series landcruiser fuel tank size

Asking about the 80 Series LandCruiser’s fuel tank size? In Australia, most 80s came with a 95 L main tank plus a 45 L sub-tank, giving a total of 140 L.

Some base or fleet variants ran only the 95 L main tank, and tanks varied slightly by year/trim and petrol vs diesel. Aftermarket long-range setups are common too, so don’t be shocked if yours carries more than the pub brag suggests. Handy for outback stretches where servos are rarer than green lights on Friday arvo. Consult official documentation for exact figures.
