Separate lounge room with television, R/C air conditioner. Main bathroom with shower, separate bath and vanity. Separate toilet. Ensuite of the main bedroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Laundry facilities include washing machine and dryer. Barbecue in shed available for use. Non smoking. Basic cleaning products and toiletries supplied.

$610 per week - Shoulder Season
$610 per week - School Holidays
$55 per week - Off Season & Winter (April - October)

$175 per night, minimum 2 nights in the off season & winter time only
3 night minimum long weekends.
1 week minimum booking for any other time of the year

Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Landlord may RETAIN ANY DEPOSIT PAID, and re et the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the landlord reserves the right to RETAIN the payment received if we are unable to re let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing.
