Very comfortable holiday home within minutes walk to the lovely township of Port Elliot. Ideally situated close to a variety of shops, eateries and hotels along The Strand. Horseshoe Bay is only a few minutes drive away. As you walk in you will find a separate lounge with TV, ceiling fan.
Just across the hallway from the lounge is the main bedroom. Queen bed, ceiling fan. Further down the hall is the 2nd bedroom with queen bed and ceiling fan and third bedroom with bunk bed, ceiling fan and double sofa bed.
Open plan sitting area/dine & kitchen with R/C air conditioner, ceiling fans, TV, DVD & Ipod dock. Slow combustion heater (tenants to supply own wood).
Fully self contained kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine (tenants are to supply own pods).
Bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. 2nd separate toilet with vanity. Laundry with top loader washing machine.
Upstairs second living room with balcony, outdoor setting and a view of the township.
Enclosed back yard with BBQ, outdoor setting. Front garden area is also enclosed. Carport for one car plus off street parking for two.

$175 per night, minimum 2 nights in the off season and winter time only
Long weekends 3 night minimum.
