In the ACT, learner drivers can travel at the posted speed limit — including 110 km/h where signed.

No special L-plate cap applies, but you must have a supervising driver, display L plates, and maintain a 0.00 BAC.

Use common sense: ease off in bad weather or traffic, because “legal” isn’t the same as “sensible”.
