audi a4 tyre pressure Page 5

For most Audi A4 (B8/B9 and similar) on 17–19 inch wheels, a sensible cold pressure is 230–250 kPa (2.3–2.5 bar) for everyday driving.

Heading off loaded or cruising long highway stints? Nudge them to around 260–290 kPa (2.6–2.9 bar).

The exact figures depend on wheel/tyre size and year, so trust the sticker on the door jamb or fuel flap over your mate’s pub wisdom.

Check pressures cold, adjust evenly front/rear unless your sticker says otherwise, and if you’ve got a space-saver spare, it typically wants about 420–450 kPa (4.2–4.5 bar).

Consult official documentation for exact figures.
