bathurst 1000 female drivers Page 2

The Bathurst 1000, Australia's premier endurance race, has seen a modest but impactful presence of female drivers over its history. Notable female racers include legends like Melinda Price, Leanne Tander, and Renee Gracie, who have each brought a unique flair and fierce competitiveness to the Mount Panorama Circuit. Female drivers often face the usual brutal demands of the race, such as intense physical strain and unforgiving weather conditions, but they also tackle the additional challenge of breaking into a traditionally male-dominated sport.

While no female driver has yet claimed outright victory at Bathurst, their participation has steadily increased, inspiring a new generation of women in motorsport. For detailed stats and upcoming female racers, sites like CarShowroom or Tradingpost sometimes feature profiles and news updates.
