bathurst 12hr 2024

The Bathurst 12 Hour 2024 is Australia’s GT endurance curtain-raiser at Mount Panorama, Bathurst—twelve hours that start in the dark and end with bruised egos.

Expect top-tier GT3 machinery from brands like Porsche, Mercedes-AMG, Audi, BMW, and Lamborghini, plus Pro-Am entries hustling like their coffee’s run out.

It runs through practice, qualifying and a shootout before the main race, with safety cars and late-lap drama practically written into the script.

If you’re doing the pilgrimage, think early February, pack sunscreen and patience; the Mountain gives with one hand and pinches with the other.

Afterwards, you can trawl Tradingpost for track-day gear or a project car you definitely don’t need.
