best light truck all-terrain tyres

Chasing the best light truck all-terrain tyres? The short answer: choose LT-rated A/T rubber with the right load index and tough sidewalls for Aussie corrugations. Consistently well-regarded options include BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2, Toyo Open Country A/T III, Falken Wildpeak AT3W, Bridgestone Dueler A/T 697, Cooper Discoverer AT3 LT, and Goodyear Wrangler All-Terrain Adventure. Pick your poison: more aggressive tread gives better puncture resistance and dirt traction, but adds road noise and sips a bit more fuel; milder patterns ride quieter and grip better in the wet. Size, load rating, and pressures matter more than brand bravado—aim for the correct LT load range and rotate religiously every 10,000 km. And yes, carry a decent compressor and drop pressures off-road; your tyres (and fillings) will thank you.
