best offroad camper trailer australia

Ah, the holy grail of Aussie bush bashing: the best offroad camper trailer. Brace yourself for a smorgasbord of rugged trailers, each boasting heavy-duty suspension, all-terrain tyres, and enough ground clearance to make a mountain goat jealous. Popular contenders include the Black Series, Aussie Trailers, and Patriot Campers, each offering a blend of durability and creature comforts.

Prices start at around $10,000 AUD for a basic used rig and can rocket past $40,000 AUD for a fully loaded beast. Used options can be found on CarShowroom or Tradingpost, though be prepared to inspect for wear and tear from previous offroad escapades.

Remember, the “best” is subjective—consider your towing vehicle, intended terrain, and how much you like waking up with a stiff neck from a dodgy mattress. Happy camping, and may your camper trailer never get stuck in the mud.
