best sports hatchback australia Page 3

Ah, the quest for the "best" sports hatchback in Australia—a subjective beast if there ever was one. Popular contenders include the Volkswagen Golf GTI, known for its sharp handling and refined turbocharged engine; the Ford Focus ST, offering a punchy drive with a bit more edge; and the Hyundai i30 N, which packs serious performance at a wallet-friendly price. Prices for new models typically range from around $35,000 to $50,000 AUD, while used options can be found for less, depending on age and condition. Each has its quirks: the Golf is classy but can be a tad pricey, the Focus is fun but less refined, and the i30 N is a bargain but less prestigious.
