Looking for the best vanilla slice in Victoria in 2023? It’s a sweet quest, indeed. The classic Aussie vanilla slice is judged by its flaky pastry, wobbly custard, and the perfect icing glaze. Melbourne’s bakeries like Beatrix in Carlton and Mr. Nice Guy Bakery in Richmond often top the charts. Prices hover around $4 to $6 per slice, though quality can vary wildly. For more options and user reviews, check out community feedback on Tradingpost or local food forums. Remember, the best vanilla slice is as personal as your morning coffee preference.
