The 2023 BMW X1’s cabin ditches the fuss and goes clean and techy, with the curved display front and centre. You get a 10.25-inch driver display and a 10.7-inch touchscreen running iDrive 8, plus wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and a floating console with smart storage. Materials feel more upmarket, there’s useful rear legroom, and the boot swallows a healthy about 540 L with the rear seats up. The rotary iDrive controller is gone, so it’s mostly touch, voice, and steering buttons—bring your fingerprints and your patience. Handy touches include a wireless charging pad, configurable ambient lighting, and supportive seats in cloth or synthetic leather depending on spec. Consult official documentation for exact figures.
