car raffles australia Page 17

Car raffles in Australia are the cheeky little lottery tickets that promise you a shiny set of wheels without the usual showroom haggling. They’re often run by charities or niche groups, aiming to sell you a dream ride for a fraction of the price, but remember, the odds are about as good as finding a kangaroo in your backyard wearing a suit. Prices for raffle tickets can range from a few dollars up to hundreds, depending on the car and the organiser's clout. Newbies dreaming of a Tesla or a Porsche might want to scan sites like Tradingpost or even Facebook groups where these raffles get announced. Just be wary of the fine print and the legitimacy of the organisers—there's more scams out there than cockatoos in summer.
