caravan revs check Page 24

Shopping for a caravan and want a REVS check? In Australia, REVS is now the PPSR, and a quick search with the caravan’s VIN or chassis/serial number tells you if there’s finance owing, or if it’s been written off or reported stolen.

The fee is about $2 per check and you get a tidy certificate for your records. Cross‑check the VIN on the PPSR against the compliance plate and rego papers, and run a state registration check for extra peace of mind. Find a bargain on Tradingpost, then PPSR it before you hitch up and sail into the sunset.
