Browse on-site caravans for sale on Tradingpost, listed by private owners and licensed caravan dealers.
On-site vans and relocatable homes stay where they are put, so towing weight matters far less than the layout and the site itself. Check the annual site fees, whether the park has approved a transfer to a new owner, how long the current agreement runs, and what it would cost to shift the home if you ever needed to. Listings usually state the size, the number of bedrooms, the age of the annexe or deck, and whether the appliances and furniture are included in the price.
Filter by state, town and distance to keep an inspection close to home, or search nationally. Transport is the hidden cost here, so a home already sitting near your park is usually the cheaper buy.
If the list here is short, try relocatable homes, touring caravans, pop tops, off-road caravans and motorhomes. Or browse the lot.
Every listing carries photos, an asking price, the seller location and a way to get in touch, so you can shortlist, arrange an inspection and negotiate direct. Before money changes hands, get the park agreement and the site fees in writing, and ask to see a current gas and electrical compliance certificate for the home.
Also in the caravans department: the Motor Homes category, mobile homes, relocatables and caravan parts and accessories. Selling instead? Create a listing, set out the tare, the ATM and what has been done to it, and reach buyers who are ready to tow one home.
