Cloudy headlights are just plastic oxidation—your car’s eyes need an exfoliation, not an apology.

• Mask the paintwork, then wet-sand the lens in stages (about 800, 1500, then 2000–3000 grit), keeping the surface drenched.
• Polish with a plastic/headlight compound until clear, then absolutely finish with a UV sealant or clear coat.
• Skip the toothpaste myths; they’re a quick party trick that fades faster than a cheap tan.

Without that UV protection the haze will be back in weeks, and if the lens is crazed or yellowed from the inside, replacement is the only sensible fix.
