common problems with mahindra xuv700 Page 6

The XUV700 is big on tech and value, but early ownership hasn’t been entirely cucumber-sandwich calm.

• Infotainment/AdrenoX glitches (freezes, reboots, lag); usually improved with software updates or dealer reflashes.
• ADAS quirks like over-eager alerts or lane-keep tugs; proper calibration after alignment or windscreen work is vital.
• Rattles or squeaks from dash/door cards/sunroof on rough roads; trim clips and seals are the usual suspects.
• Diesel DPF regens during short-trip use; occasional highway runs help prevent clogging and warning lights.

If you’re shopping used, check service records and software version, and get a thorough pre-purchase inspection—your ears, and sanity, will thank you.
