In Australia, the Subaru Outback lineup includes AWD, AWD Sport, and AWD Touring, plus the punchier XT duo: Sport XT and Touring XT.

Most run a 2.5‑litre boxer four with a CVT and full‑time AWD; the XTs step up to a 2.4‑litre turbo for more shove when the overtaking lane finally appears.

Trims add goodies like water‑repellent upholstery (Sport) or plush Nappa leather, plus a big portrait infotainment screen and the usual warm‑your‑backside luxuries.
