cx 9 tyre size Page 5

The Mazda CX-9’s tyre size depends on year and trim, but recent Aussie models typically run 255/60R18 or 255/50R20.

Earlier generations also mixed 18- and 20-inch setups, so guessing by eye is about as reliable as a map drawn on a serviette. Check the driver’s door placard and the owner’s manual before clicking “buy,” and match the load/speed ratings while you’re there. If you’re swapping wheels, ensure the overall rolling diameter stays within tolerance unless you enjoy spurious warning lights. Consult official documentation for exact figures.
