discover cars complaints

Looking up Discover Cars complaints? You’ll mostly find the classic car-rental broker gremlins rather than moustache-twirling villainy.

• Security deposit holds and excesses bigger than expected, especially if you knock back the local insurer.
• Insurance confusion: broker “full coverage” vs the counter staff’s policy, with overlaps, exclusions, and a hard sell.
• Fuel, mileage, young-driver and out-of-hours fees hiding in the fine print, plus strict credit-card requirements.
• Long queues or occasional no-car-on-arrival dramas if the local supplier is short, forcing pricier rebookings.

Beat the gripes by reading every clause, photographing the car at pickup/return, keeping receipts, and choosing well-rated local suppliers through the broker.
