Looking for the e with a line on top? That’s the macronised vowel: ē (uppercase Ē).

On phones, just long‑press the letter “e” and pick ē from the popup—too easy. On Windows, use the Character Map or hold Alt and type 0275 on the numeric keypad (for ē), then release; uppercase is 0274. On a Mac, enable the “ABC – Extended” keyboard, press Option + a (macron) then e to get ē.
