ev charger app australia Page 6

Hunting for the best EV charger app in Australia? Start with PlugShare for the live map and check-ins, then add Chargefox and Evie for fast-charger access, NRMA for regional runs, Ampol AmpCharge around metro sites, and the Tesla app if you’re in that club (many sites now welcome non-Teslas too).

PlugShare is your scout; the others handle pricing, start/stop, and receipts without the faff. Expect roughly $0.45–$0.85 per kWh depending on speed and provider, and mind idle fees if you dawdle. Set up accounts before you’re running on electrons and hope. For home, your car’s app or a smart wallbox app will schedule off-peak juice and tally costs. Grab two or three of these and you’re sorted from the servo to the Nullarbor, no drama.
