ev rebate victoria

Looking to snag an EV rebate in Victoria? As of recent policies, the Victorian government offers incentives to encourage electric vehicle adoption, typically including a rebate of up to $3,000 AUD for eligible new EV purchases. This rebate helps offset the sticker shock of going electric, but watch out—there are eligibility criteria like vehicle price caps and residency requirements.

Used EVs generally don't qualify, so second-hand bargains on Tradingpost or CarShowroom might not come with a shiny rebate. Also, keep your ear to the ground; these programs can change faster than a Tesla over-the-air update.
