ferrari kit car Page 2

Ah, the Ferrari kit car—a curious hybrid of passion and questionable taste. Essentially, these are replica vehicles designed to mimic the aesthetics of genuine Ferraris but built from kits, often using cheaper donor cars as their base. Performance varies wildly, depending on the donor and builder skill, but expect something nowhere near the 300+ km/h top speeds or the V8 or V12 engines of the real deal. Prices can range from a few thousand AUD for basic kits up to tens of thousands for more advanced builds. Keep in mind, these beauties often lack the finesse, engineering, and reliability of an actual Ferrari, so your neighbours might spot the difference before you even start the engine.
