five dimensions of reconciliation

In Australia, the “five dimensions of reconciliation” aren’t a new boy band; they’re the framework Reconciliation Australia uses to track real progress.

They are Race Relations, Equality and Equity, Institutional Integrity, Unity, and Historical Acceptance—covering how we treat each other, share opportunities, clean up the systems, find common ground, and tell the full truth of our history.

Think of it as a service manual for national relationships: not glamorous, but ignore it and things start rattling.

When these dimensions move together, you get less token talk and more practical change—exactly the sort of tune-up Australia needs.
