ford everest 2023 adblue

Yes, the 2023 Ford Everest diesel uses AdBlue (DEF) for its SCR emissions system—no drama, just another fluid to keep happy.

You fill it via the blue-capped port next to the diesel filler behind the fuel flap, using ISO 22241-compliant AUS 32 AdBlue from a servo or sealed container.

Consumption varies, but figure roughly 1–3% of diesel use, so most owners top up every few thousand kilometres; the dash will nag well before it gets critical.

Ignore it and the Everest can restrict starts or performance when the tank runs dry, so treat the warnings like you would a hot pie in your lap—swiftly.

For exact tank capacity and intervals, check the owner’s manual or dealer service schedule; consult official documentation for precise figures.
