ford wait times Page 92

Ford wait times in Australia ebb and flow like a Bunnings sausage-sizzle queue—model, spec, colour, and your dealer’s allocation all matter. Popular utes, tech-heavy SUVs, and anything chip-hungry tend to take longest; base trims and common colours usually move quicker.

Cast your net wide (statewide or national), be flexible on options, and ask dealers about pipeline builds, swaps, and cancellation lists—always get a written ETA and price protection. If a model-year change is looming, in-stock runout cars can leapfrog the line. And if patience isn’t your superpower, check nearly-new listings on Tradingpost to get wheels under you before the next long weekend.
