formula 1 canada 2023

The 2023 Canadian Grand Prix at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve was another tidy day for Red Bull: Max Verstappen stuck it on pole and won, job done.

Fernando Alonso chased him home in P2 and Lewis Hamilton nabbed P3, a podium that looked suspiciously like a time machine.

It marked Red Bull’s 100th F1 victory and gave Verstappen his 41st win, tying him with Senna—decent company for a Sunday drive round Montreal.

Plenty of strategy chess, a safety car cameo, and not much anyone could do about the blue rocket ship up front.
