In Australia, live Formula 1 is on Foxtel (Fox Sports) or Kayo; F1 TV Pro isn’t available here due to broadcast rights. F1 TV’s lower tier gives you live timing and data, but no live races. So if you want actual cars moving, Foxtel with the sports pack or Kayo is the go. Replays and highlights are carried by those platforms too, neatly and legally. Not as flexible as F1 TV Pro, but it’s reliable HD without the VPN gymnastics.
