fun things gold coast Page 12

Chasing fun on the Gold Coast? Start with the classics: surf at Burleigh, laze on Broadbeach, then cop a sugar rush at the theme parks (Dreamworld, Movie World, Wet’n’Wild). Detour to the hinterland for Tamborine’s rainforest walks and cheeky winery tastings, because cardio deserves a reward. Animal fix? Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary will happily introduce you to a lorikeet or three. Cap it off with a SkyPoint view and night markets, then pretend the calories were “scenic research.”
