gran turismo car Page 6

Ah, the Gran Turismo car—a breed of automobile designed for high speed and long-distance driving with a dash of luxury to keep your derrière comfortable. Typically, these beauties boast a powerful engine (often V6 or V8), rear-wheel drive, and a fine balance between performance and comfort. Think Ferrari 612 Scaglietti or Aston Martin DB9, but with a more civilized demeanor than your average race car. Prices can range wildly: new ones will set you back anywhere from $150,000 to over $300,000 AUD, while used models might be found for half that, if you’re lucky. For those looking to drool over or buy such vehicles, CarShowroom or Tradingpost could be your shiny playground. Consult official manufacturer specs for precise details, but remember, these cars are all about grand adventures, not just grandstanding.
