honda wait time

Wondering about Honda wait times in Australia? Supply has largely steadied, but delivery still depends on model, trim/colour, and whether you want a hybrid.

Petrol HR‑V, ZR‑V and many CR‑V variants are often available from stock or within a few months, while hybrids and the Civic Type R typically take longer with batch allocations.

Because Honda runs a national agency model, orders are queued centrally; being flexible on colour/spec and dealer location can snag an in‑transit car faster.

Ask for pipeline/in‑transit VINs, consider demo or nearly‑new stock on Tradingpost, and widen your search radius—regional dealers sometimes have hidden gems.

Bottom line: get a current written ETA from Honda Australia or your local dealer; answers change quicker than a servo pie cools.
