how old do you have to be to get your ls in nsw

In New South Wales, you have to be at least 16 years old to get your Learner's Permit (Ls). This is the legal minimum age to start the long and winding journey towards full licence freedom. Expect to pass a knowledge test covering road rules and signs, then embark on a mandatory supervised driving phase. Remember, the L plates are your new best friends, and the road to independence is paved with patience and plenty of practice.
