how to add apps to toyota app suite Page 6

Adding apps to Toyota App Suite isn’t witchcraft, but it does require the right bits talking nicely. In Australia, many models lean on Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, but if your head unit has App Suite, the process is pretty straightforward.

• Install and sign in to the Toyota smartphone app (App Suite/Entune or myToyota Connect, depending on model/year) and ensure mobile data is on.
• Pair your phone to the car via Bluetooth and set it as the active device.
• On the head unit, open Apps/App Suite, log in if prompted, and select/manage the available services; new apps appear once enabled on your phone.
• You can’t sideload third‑party apps; availability varies by region and model.

If your car supports it, CarPlay/Android Auto generally offers more apps with less faffing about.
