how to clean interior car Page 9022

Start by evicting the crumbs with a thorough vacuum, then attack plastics and vinyl with a pH‑neutral interior cleaner and a microfibre—no greasy silicone shine, thanks. For touchscreens and gauges, use a damp microfibre only; ammonia or glass cleaner will turn them into modern art. Fabric seats? Spot clean with a dedicated upholstery cleaner, blot—don’t scrub—and finish with a light mist to avoid watermarks; leather gets a gentle cleaner and conditioner. Carpets love a brush and a baking‑soda sprinkle for odours, followed by a wet‑dry extraction if they’re truly tragic. Finish with a matte protectant on high‑touch areas, clean the glass last (inside first), and pop in a new cabin filter if the air con smells like gym socks left in a Ute.
