how to get l's victoria Page 185

In Victoria, getting your Ls is less gladiator arena, more admin with a quiz. Be at least 16, complete the Learner Permit Test Online (modules plus the final knowledge test), then book a VicRoads visit for ID check, eyesight test and your awkward photo. Bring your identity documents and fee, smile like you mean it, and you’ll walk out with a learner permit rather than a cautionary tale. On the road you must display L‑plates, have a fully licensed supervisor, keep BAC at 0.00, and leave the phone alone—yes, even at lights. If you’re under 21, you’ll need 120 hours of supervised driving (20 at night) in your logbook before you go for your Ps; the Hazard Perception Test happens at that stage. Simple, sensible, and only mildly stressful—just like parallel parking in front of a café.
