Wrinkly leather looks like it slept in the ute tray, but it’s fixable without summoning a wizard.
Warm it gently with a hair dryer or heat gun on low, 15–20 cm away, always moving, then massage in a quality leather conditioner and let it rest.
For stubborn creases, place a clean cotton cloth over the area and use an iron on the lowest setting for a few seconds at a time (no steam on finished leather), testing a hidden spot first.
Stuff and shape seats or bags so the leather cools under light tension, then leave it to set—no sunbaking and no soaking.
If it’s dried, cracked, or aniline/nubuck, stop playing hero and speak to a pro.
