how to use steering wheel lock Page 3

Point the front wheels straight, park up, and switch off—no one needs a wrestling match with dead power steering.

Open the lock, hook it as designed (bar-to-rim or rim-to-pedal), and set it so it blocks rotation both ways.

Click or key-lock it firmly without over-tightening, and make sure it isn’t rubbing airbag covers or scratching the wheel.

Remove the key and keep it separate from your ignition key—thieves adore convenience.

When you return, unlock, stow it out of sight, and carry on; it’s cheap, visible deterrence that nudges crooks elsewhere.
