how to wrap car

Clean like you’re prepping for a surgery: wash, clay-bar, and degrease, then remove badges, mirrors and handles you can safely take off.

Measure each panel, cut vinyl with 5–10 cm extra, then tack it from the centre and work outwards with a felt squeegee, adding gentle heat to relax the film.

Do panels one at a time, make relief cuts on tight curves, hide seams along body lines, and avoid overstretching—wrinkles are forever, pride isn’t.

Trim with a fresh blade against knifeless tape to protect paint, then post-heat edges and recesses to around 90°C so it “sets”.

Reassemble the bits you removed, give it 24 hours to bond before washing, and accept that dust specks happen to the best of us.
