intelligent speed limit warning hyundai Page 657

Hyundai’s Intelligent Speed Limit Warning (ISLW) uses a front camera and map data to spot speed signs, then shows the limit in your cluster and gives a chime if you’re speeding.

You can usually tweak the alert sensitivity or add an offset (for example, +5 km/h) via Settings > Driver Assistance > Speed Limit on the infotainment or cluster menu.

Some models also offer Intelligent Speed Limit Assist (ISLA), which can actively cap your speed through the limiter or adaptive cruise—clever, slightly bossy.

If the beeps are driving you spare, switch to “warning only” or turn it off entirely—but remember, it’s an assistant, not a force field for fines.
