kia car service cost Page 45

Asking about Kia car service cost? Sensible—nobody wants a routine oil change priced like a degustation. For new Kia models in Australia, expect capped‑price servicing roughly in the $250–$600 per scheduled visit depending on model/engine, typically every 12 months or 15,000 km; over seven years that’s about $2,000–$4,000 all up (smaller cars at the low end, big SUVs and turbos higher).

For used, out‑of‑warranty Kias at independents, a minor service usually runs $200–$350, while a major service can be $450–$900+ before wear items and fluids. Dealers may cost more, regional vs metro can vary, and sticking to the logbook keeps warranty and resale happy. Budget sensibly and your Kia won’t sound like a blender full of bolts.
