Kia's speed limit warning is the car's polite way of saying 'ease up, hero' when you creep past the signed limit.
Most late-model Kias use a camera and map data to read signs, then chime or flash when you're over by a set margin.
You can usually tweak the threshold and alert style via the vehicle settings: look for Driver Assistance or Speed Limit in the instrument cluster or infotainment Setup menu.
If the beeps make you twitchy, you can tone them down or switch them off - but keep the smarts on if you value your licence and your insurance premiums.
