Ah, the Land Rover Lego sets — where the rugged charm of British off-roaders meets the frustrating joy of tiny plastic bricks. Typically, these sets feature detailed replicas of iconic Land Rover models, like the Defender or the classic Series I, boasting thousands of pieces and an intimidating build time that could test even the most patient builder. Prices for new sets often hover between $100 to $400 AUD, with used sets popping up on sites like Tradingpost and CarShowroom for a bargain if you're willing to risk missing pieces.
Specs-wise, expect authentic design cues, moving parts, and sometimes even motorised functions, depending on the set. Perfect for those who want to combine their love of British engineering and mild frustration, these sets make a fine display piece or a test of your sanity.
