If your LDV T60’s dash looks like a Christmas tree, it’s not festive—it’s needy.

Here’s what the usual suspects mean and what to do before our Aussie sun does its worst:

• Red oil can: Stop immediately, check oil level; if the light stays on, it’s low pressure—don’t drive, arrange a tow.
• Red temperature: Overheating; pull over, let it cool, check coolant, and never open a hot cap.
• Red battery/charging: Alternator/charging fault; limit driving, avoid night loads, get it tested soon.
• DPF/regen (and AdBlue/DEF if fitted): Complete a steady highway run for regeneration; low AdBlue needs a top‑up or you’ll face limp mode/no‑start.
• ABS/ESC or TPMS amber: You can drive cautiously, but braking/traction and tyre pressure need attention; scan for codes.

If a red light stays on or any light flashes, use an OBD2 scan and the owner’s manual; when in doubt, tow it rather than cook it.
