le mans 2023 winner Page 2

Ferrari stormed back to the top class at Le Mans in 2023 and promptly won the centenary race—casual, as if 50 years away was just a long coffee break.

The No. 51 499P, driven by Alessandro Pier Guidi, James Calado and Antonio Giovinazzi, took overall victory and stopped Toyota’s winning streak. In rotten weather and nighttime chaos, the red car stayed quick and mostly out of trouble. There was late drama with a stubborn restart in the pits, but it fired and finished the job. In short: Ferrari back, trophy nicked, everyone else left explaining their life choices.
