The 2022 Mazda CX-30 cabin feels more boutique than budget, with neat stitching and buttons that don’t wobble like a week-old jelly. You get an 8.8-inch display with a rotary controller, plus Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and a cabin that hushes wind noise better than some pricier pretenders. Trim-dependent, there’s cloth or leather upholstery, proper ergonomics, and storage that actually fits a keep cup without a wrestling match. The boot is a tidy 317 L, enough for the weekly shop and a rogue beach umbrella, though rear legroom is “fine, not limousine.” Available touches like a premium Bose system and a head-up display keep it feeling grown-up.
