mg4 charger Page 24

The MG4 electric hatchback uses a Type 2 AC charger for home and public charging, supporting up to 11 kW on AC. For rapid charging, it can handle up to 135 kW DC, which means you can juice up from 10% to 80% in around 30 minutes at a fast charger. Home charging setup costs vary but expect to shell out a few hundred AUD for an installed wallbox. Whether you’re plugging in at Tradingpost or CarShowroom, make sure your charger matches these specs to avoid a painfully slow top-up. Consult official MG documents for the definitive charging parameters.
