In Australia, Mitsubishi Outlander delivery times swing with variant, colour and dealer allocation—because of course they do.
Petrol models generally land sooner than the PHEV, and picking a common colour/spec can shave weeks off the queue.
If you’re flexible, dealers can swap incoming stock or slot you into an in-transit car; demonstrators can be the express lane.
Call a few regional dealers, get ETAs in writing, and make sure any deposit is refundable if the date drifts like a shopping trolley.
If patience isn’t your hobby, check Tradingpost for near-new or demo Outlanders you can nab before the kettle boils.
