1999 MV Agusta F4 Serie Oro
Beautiful MV Agusta F4 Serie Oro s/n 143 of 300, this spectacular original owner bike is in show-room original condition and has travelled only 700kmâs. This bike has never been titled or road registered and has been part of a sizable private collection owned by a 76 y.o. enthusiast.
The F4 Oro was a ten-year project in collaboration with Ferrari that resulted in this marvel of motorcycle design. Many parts such as the swingarm, frame side plates and wheels were made from magnesium, and anodized gold for consistency with the name 'Oro' (Ital for gold). All painted parts, fairings, seat cover, front mud guard and even the fuel tank and air box are made of carbon, all of which helped to achieve a kerb weight of 181kg (400 lb). Like most out-sourced items, the forks were also developed specially for MV in collaboration with Showa, and included fast detach axle clamp. Similarly, the six piston (front) and 4 piston (rear) brake callipers were designed by MV and produced by Nissin.
Debuted at the entrance atrium of the Guggenheim Museum in NYC for the "Art of the Motorcycle" exhibit, this is number 143 of the 300 completely handmade models, designed by legendary Massimo Tamburini for the resurrection of the most famous name in Ital motorcycling.
This perfectly original example is supplied with all original items, double keys, certificate of authenticity, and handbook manuals. By far the rarest of all modem MVâs, these are increasingly difficult to find in any condition. Located with our Ital agent, the advertised price includes a complete pre-delivery service by Paronelli Motorcycles, a licensed MV Dealer, plus shipping & arrival costs to .
