new porsche logo Page 1002

Porsche quietly refreshed its famous crest in 2023 for the brand’s 75th anniversary. The new badge keeps the classic shield but adds a brushed gold finish, a honeycomb texture in the red fields, cleaner black bars and a sharper Stuttgart horse. It began rolling out from late 2023 onto new models and parts—bonnet badges, wheel centres and steering wheels—so you’ll spot it across 2024 deliveries in Australia. No, it won’t make your 911 faster, but it does look like the emblem went to a very posh detailer and asked for “subtle, but noticeable”. If your car still wears the older crest, relax—heritage intact, just a neater suit.
